As I type this on my iPad, I'm checking emails on my phone at the same time, and I've just left work for the evening, where I spend my days in front of a PC screen. I've become a slave to tech, and recently I realised I needed to take a step back from the amount of technology I was using... so in this post I bring you my 5 tips for a digital detox.
